be resident on client-owned servers housed in VisionQuest cabinets
or on VisionQuest owned servers.
Clients may also subscribe to a full suite
of server and application management services, whether hosted by
VisionQuest in the Atlantic Technology Centre or on client premises.
• Desktop support
VisionQuest offers end-to-end support for client technology environments
that may consist of routers, switches, desktops, laptops, printers,
file sharing devices and software.
Clients may subscribe to a full suite of
desktop support services including: installation and configuration
of devices, installation and configuration of software, upgrades
to hardware and software, performance monitoring, capacity planning,
security and problem (incident) resolution.
• Backup and Recovery

an online off-site data backup or disaster recovery capability.
