Mr. Lecky is a management and information technology (IT) consulting professional with over thirty years’ experience in the public and private sectors, at both the technical and management levels.

Mr. Lecky has a broad range of experience including: business planning; organizational management; strategic IT planning; economic development; and operations management. Mr. Lecky has a solid reputation for providing sound leadership, co-ordination and focus to deliver on the goals of an organization.

Prior to Joining VisionQuest Mr. Lecky held a number of senior management positions within the Government of Prince Edward Island. These positions include Chief Executive Officer of Technology PEI; Director of Supply and Services; Director of Computer Services; and Manager of Client Support Services.

 

 



Derek B. MacEwen
Managing Partner

Mr. MacEwen is a management and information technology (IT) consulting professional with over twenty-five years experience in the government, education, telecommunications, electrical utility, Internet services, retail, and manufacturing industry sectors.

Mr. MacEwen has a broad range of experience including: business and strategic planning; business and technology consulting; project and general management; sales and marketing; information systems development, integration and maintenance; and network, systems, and operations management.

Prior to joining VisionQuest, Mr. MacEwen was employed in senior management and consulting positions in both the public and private sectors, including executive, general management, project management, and various other consulting roles.
